This is the job for you if you are committed to learning and development, enjoy variety, are flexible and up for some challenges!

You will contribute to the delivery of a range of learning and development activities to meet the needs of local authorities and other public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

You will be involved in the planning, costing, delivery and evaluation of a range of learning and development activities to meet the needs of organisations. You will possess strong communication skills, be able to network with key customers including senior managers and work as an effective team member. You will be good at spotting opportunities and promoting services, training and facilitation. We are particularly looking someone to take forward our Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment work. We are proud to have been the first organisation to receive approval to assess Regulatory Compliance apprenticeships and we are building our offer on EPA; the postholder will have a key role in building this area of business.  You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a small team, so a flexible approach is also required.
