Many of our courses can be adapted for in-house delivery and can be specifically tailored to meet individual needs.

A one day introduction to implications of organisation change on individuals and teams. The course looks at models and tools that help the participants understand and influence the way change happens in their organisations

The event is delivered in partnership with Aspire Europe Ltd


To introduce a basic framework for thinking about change using individual, team, and organisation as a structure

  • Tools for planning and managing the impact of change

This course is ideal for any staff involved in change in their organisation and wish to gain a recognised qualification, for example:
