With coaching programmes featuring strongly in organisational strategies and change programmes, we have established the South West Coaching Pool to help organisations build internal coaching capacity and to enable managers to access coaches from other partner organisations with a range of different experience and expertise.

Recruitment and Retention Portal
Please be advised that with effect from 2 August 2012 the South West Recruitment & Retention Portal ( southwestjobs.org.uk ) will be temporarily unavailable while it transfers to a new provider.
In order to minimise any inconvenience, the transfer has been scheduled during the summer months, a time of traditionally low recruitment activity.
The site will be inaccessible for a few weeks. However, it is anticipated that when the new version of the site is re-launched jobseekers will have access to a greater number of local authority employers in the South West.
