South West Councils has been working with other regional employer organisations

to develop a new online public sector
pay benchmarking service.

Epaycheckwill enable subscribing local authorities to access real time
benchmarking data for hundreds of common roles within the sector.

With coaching programmes featuring strongly in organisational strategies and change programmes, we have established the South West Coaching Pool to help organisations build internal coaching capacity and to enable managers to access coaches from other partner organisations with a range of different experience and expertise.
